The Office And Staff
The Estate office is situated at 233 Glebe Court, which is at the Northern end of the Estate, just behind Tesco. It has been open since 1998.

The office is staffed by Sandra Hall the Estate Manager and Tracey Defries who is our Senior Customer Services Officer (part time). Residents can call in to the office at any of the times it is open but to see a specific member of staff, particularly the Estate Manager, it is advisable to ring or pop into the office to make an appointment. Appointments can be booked for either a Tuesday or Thursday.
The Estate has 3 full time members of staff and 3 part time who do the caretaking, cleaning and assisting with the gardening and they are:
Adam Belkhayat – Senior Caretaker/Handyman – full time
Imogene Spencer – Customer Services Assistant – part time
Richard Wilson – Caretaker/ Handyman – part time
Christopher Callow – Caretaker/Cleaner – full time
