Nuisance

We do ask that, in the first instance all residents try to resolve all problems with their neighbours themselves. However, if the problem persists, it should be reported to the office for our staff to deal with. When reporting persistent nuisance, continuous written record of the type of nuisance, times, dates and duration must be supplied in order for the Estate Manager to take the necessary action. We work alongside the Safer Neighbourhood team, the police and Clarion Housing in connection with anti-social behaviour.
